Linda Moran is a freelance writer whose articles have been published nationwide. She is a mother of four, including one disabled child. Moran writes about advocacy, disabilities, education, school support at home, reflection, self-help, and spirituality, all with an eye toward new ways of thinking.
Moran's many publication markets include: Parenting magazine, the Parent Paper, Exceptional Parent magazine, and numerous newsletters from national organizations such as National Down Syndrome Society, the AAMR (American Association of Mental Retardation), the National Down Syndrome Congress, and The ARC (formerly the Association for Retarded Citizens).

Mike Moran is a longtime technology professional with expertise in search technology and the Web. Mike is also a husband and father of four, including his oldest son, David, who has Down syndrome.
Mike and Linda developed and maintain a Life Plan (also known as a Letter of Intent) for David that ensures that David's care information is on paper if needed. Their free e-newsletter, Life Planners, helps readers to warm up to the idea of writing a Life Plan for their disabled loved one.
